How To Return Items

US customers

To arrange your return using our convenient returns service, please visit our online returns portal:

You’ll need your Order ID and either your email address or postal code to access the portal. 

The cost of a return label is $6.95 per return. This will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed, unless your qualify for free returns, such as when you've received an incorrect or faulty item.

We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a replacement item, simply return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd prefer. To help with this, contact our Customer Care team before placing your replacemnt order and we'll proivde a free delivery code for your new purchase. 

If you are trying to return your order outside of our 40-day returns period and the portal will not accept your details, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll be happy to help.

International customers (excluding US)

To make returning your items as simple as possible, all International returns must now be registered through our online returns portal:

You’ll need your Order ID and either your email address or postcode to access the portal.

Once you’ve registered your return, you’ll be able to download a return label containing our address in the UK. Simply download, print and attach the label to your parcel then take it to your preferred postal service. Please note that you will need to arrange and pay for your own return postage.

There is no need to use a tracked or express service, however we strongly recommend keeping a proof of postage until your return has been received and processed by our warehouse.

If you're trying to return an item outside of our 40-day returns period and the portal does not accept your details, or if you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to help!

How long does it take to process a return?

Your return will be received and processed within 20 business days. If you return your order via a priority service, we will not be able to process it as a priority. If you are due a refund, the funds will be available in your account within 3-5 business days from the date we process your return. Paypal funds will be available immediately after processing. 

What Is The Returns Policy

USA Retail & Teacher Account Customers

You may return eligible items for a refund within 40 days of receipt of the products. Please check your items are eligible for return (see below section) and follow the returns process. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your total refund amount. If the returned items are found to be faulty or incorrect, we will waive the return fee. For Dance Teacher account holders: Returns on Jolista costumes will incur a 15% re-stocking fee, where the total value of returned Jolista items exceeds $150. This will be deducted from your total refund amount. The full costume including all components must be returned. Returns where parts of costumes are missing will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

What Items Can You Return?

Eligible items:

  • Unwanted goods in an unworn state, labels attached and with original packaging.
  • Tights and underwear in its original unopened packaging, not worn or tried on.
  • CDs and DVDs must be in their original sealed packaging.

Not eligible for return:

  • Face masks
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept tights and underwear back for refund or exchange if the packaging has been opened.
  • For all retail & teacher customers made-to-order items, including Alegra Lycra multi-print ranges.

Faulty items:

  • All genuinely faulty items are eligible for return regardless of retail or teacher customer status, custom made orders, underwear, tights or otherwise ineligible.

Jolista costumes:

  • Jolista costumes can be returned for a refund, providing they are unworn with all tags in tact and all components are included. If any part of a costume is missing, the return will be refused and we'll need to send this back to you at your expense.
  • For Dance Teacher account holders, a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount when the value of returned Jolista items exceeds $150. This does not apply if a costume is faulty or incorrect.
  • The re-stocking fee may also be waived if you are re-ordering the same costume in alternative sizes. Simply contact our Customer Service team in advance to arrange this.
