Gift Voucher Usage

WHERE CAN I SPEND MY GIFT VOUCHER?

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on purchases made on our website. They must also be used on the version of the website in which the voucher was purchased. E.g. a voucher with a value in Dollars cannot be used to purchase goods from outside of the US.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY BALANCE?

You can check the remaining balance on your gift voucher here.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY GIFT VOUCHER?

Gift vouchers expire after five years. Once the voucher has expired, any unused funds will be lost.

Returns

CAN I RETURN ITEMS BOUGHT USING A GIFT VOUCHER?

Absolutely! Our usual returns policy applies. Any returns where items were paid with a gift voucher will be refunded as store credit to use against a future order.

I NO LONGER WANT MY GIFT VOUCHER, CAN IT BE CANCELLED?

Unfortunately, once an order for a gift voucher has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

I WAS GIVEN A GIFT CARD, CAN I GET MONEY BACK INSTEAD?

A gift voucher can only be used to purchase goods on our website and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
